Advanced Aventurer
➲ The Advanced Aventurer is open to divers aged 12 and over who have obtained the first Open Water level (or equivalent).
➲ This is the level that will enable the diver to learn more about the diving environment.
➲ You will learn to take a closer interest in the diving environment through 5 themed dives.
This certificate allows you to :
➲ Increase your diving experience and knowledge by moving on to the 2nd certificate.
➲ Experience ‘Deep’ diving by descending to a depth of 30m.
➲ Develop underwater navigation skills.
➲ Begin to specialise in certain types of diving (Night,
Wreck, Buoyancy, etc.)
Duration: 3 days
Children Restrictions :
➲ Between the ages of 12 and 14, children are limited to a maximum depth of 21m.
To obtain this Certification
THEORY:
➲ You receive the teaching material on the SSI application,
➲ You prepare the theory for the 5 “Adventure” dives you have chosen.
These chapters will then be reviewed with the instructor during the theory course.
PRACTICE IN NATURAL ENVIRONMENT :
➲ You must complete 5 “Adventure” dives chosen from among those offered by your SSI centre.
➲ During these dives, you will carry out the exercises related to the specialities chosen, in the natural environment
Please note: 5 dives are required for this certificate and 2 of these dives are MANDATORY: the Deep dive and the Navigation dive.
